Here’s what I heard on our call.
You install premium Prowler Proof security screens across Sydney. Your husband does every single install himself, which means his time is the one resource you can't scale. Every wasted site visit costs fuel, installer hours, and the capacity you could have given to a real buyer.
About 35% of your quotes never go ahead — mostly on price. Your product is deliberately more expensive than the competition because of the welded corners and the quality, and the customers who don't value that aren't your customers anyway. The problem isn't the price. The problem is that you only find out they won't pay it after you've driven to their house.

Clear visual measurement guides for every door type using your own diagrams. Plus a smart fallback for customers without a tape measure — their phone’s native Measure app, deep-linked from the calculator. No AR gimmicks, just reliable.
Lock-in booking flow
After the customer sees their price, they tick a box to lock it in for 7 days and book a check measure. You only visit customers who’ve already committed.
AI chatbot
Trained on your most common questions — turnaround, warranty, what makes Prowler Proof different — so customers get instant answers at 10pm on a Saturday without you having to pick up the phone.
Smart quote routing
Every submitted quote lands in your inbox with the customer’s details, their measurements, a photo of their door frame, and a one-click check-measure booking link. Integrates with ServiceM8 when you’re ready to switch it on.

Here’s what I’m not building — and why.
You asked about a built-in measuring app — something like the iPhone Measure app embedded into the website. I looked into it properly because I’d rather tell you the truth than sell you a feature that doesn’t work.
True in-browser AR measurement isn’t reliable enough for custom door sizing. Apple still doesn’t support the underlying web standard on iPhones, which means more than half your customers can’t use it. Even on Android where it technically works, the accuracy is 1–2% off — which sounds small until you realise that’s up to 40mm on a standard door, and at that point you’re manufacturing the wrong size.
So instead, I’m using the approach you already use in your own pricing sheet: 100mm size brackets. As long as the customer measures within the bracket, the price is locked. If they’re out, we adjust on the site measure. Simple, honest, and it protects you from wrong-size orders.
For customers who don’t own a tape measure, the calculator will deep-link them straight to their phone’s native Measure app (iPhone or Android) where the accuracy is handled by Apple and Google themselves. You get the benefit without the liability.

Kickoff & Discovery
The moment you sign, the deposit invoice goes out and work starts. We do a kickoff call with you and your husband to lock in the brand direction, handover assets, and confirm any final details. I start building the first version of the system immediately.
First Build
The complete first version is ready. You get a link to click through the way your customers will. Every door type, every mesh, every screen. You tell me what’s right and what needs adjusting. This is where we catch the small things that only you and your husband would notice.
Revisions & Polish
Your feedback goes into the build. Integration work, final content population, admin dashboard setup, chatbot training on your FAQs, and pre-launch testing across every device your customers will use. By the end of the week the system is feature-complete and ready to go.
Launch Week (I come to you)
I fly to Sydney to sit with you and your husband in person, walk through the finished system on your actual office setup, make any final adjustments live, and push it live together. Travel and accommodation covered — it’s part of the engagement. On launch day, your new quote tool goes live. Your husband stops driving to houses that were never going to buy. You spend your first Saturday doing something other than fielding “just quoting” phone calls.
